I think i might have just gotten a rat or a Virus in my PC in need of Help

So i play alot of cs go with about 1500 hours logged in.

i was watching a twitch streamer and got whisper this

so i download the winrar file though it was a config of this streamer

and i opened this file in it and it brought up my Command Prompt and said scanning for Mouse USB and i shut it off after 10-15 realizing what has happened.

Is this a rat that could steal my login info most likely or just a malware virus HELP

No, i usally try my self with links but i was really dumb i used malwarebytes and it found a trojan virus from that same folder i removed i hope i am good

I think you should not open any file before scanning it. but still if you are not sure. please run malware bytes on your computer and then you need to run hitman pro on your computer as a secondary antivirus. so if there will be any virus presented on your computer.
it will remove that. then you can use your computer properly.
