Windows 10 wouldn't boot before, now the whole pc won't even display anything

So here is my problem:
I newly installed a Windows 10 on my very old PC and it worked again like charm. Fast forward 3 days, I woke up and plugged back my pc and to my dismay, it would boot but I get stuck at a blue screen that tells me I have to reinstall Windows 10, which I tried but didn't work. The problem doesn't stop there, now the pc wont even display anything and no beep can be heard whatsoever. The fans do spin, and I did bought a new HDD. I've checked the RAM and it works. What do you think happened?

It looks like your new HDD could be faulty.
Try plugging it into another pc and see if it detects it. If so can you copy files onto it?

I replaced my HDD cause I thought that was the problem Turns out no. I just bought it 3 hours ago and it still won't boot
