My laptop comes with AMD A10-8700P with R6 Graphics and another R7 M360 graphics. Lately, after upgrading to Windows 10 build 10586, my display driver is crashing a lot. At present, I am using the ones from support.amd.com, which is the newest Radeon Settings Crimson Edition drivers (15.11). I have also used ones delivered via Windows Update before, but I get the drivers crashes anyways.

The one from Windows update is an OEM driver that crashes my Radeon Settings software. It used to work well with Catalyst Control Center though. Also, it used to show my DirectX version as 12. The newer ones from AMD, which offers better fps in games show my DirectX version as 11.3.

The drivers mostly crash while waking from sleep, at logons, or when connecting or disconnecting external displays. I assume that the issue is with Windows as I used the drivers via Windows Update in Windows 10 x64 build 10240, where it worked fine.

So, is it just me? Or are other people having issues too with the November update?

Always use the latest drivers provided by your OEM manufacturer e.g (Dell, HP, etc) to avoid conflict
The latest crimson driver is 15.30.1025
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/mobile?os=Windows%2010%20-%2064
And please don't use windows update to update your video drivers cause the OEM provides you with better drivers that is customized to work well with your current hardware configuration
I myself have tried the new crimson driver update and I have seen improvement in framerate
No issues so far with the new update but i reverted back to OEM drivers since the crimson driver detected my dGPU as 8500M instead of R5 M230.

Well, I think that all drivers from AMD's site is one single driver package only. In case of the driver from Windows Update, the driver version had an HP suffix, so I am pretty sure that it is the same driver as the ones that I will get from HP. But then again, the only way I can get AMD's CCC is downloading the Beta driver.

Also, the new Radeon Settings drivers show up by DirectX version as 11.3, and not 12. Is there anything to worry about that?

My laptop model is HP Pavilion 15-ab125ax.
You can get the drivers listed here. http://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-15-Notebook-PC-series/8499302/model/8960327
Also, I see that everything seems to have been updated on November 27th. Should I re-download all the drivers from here only?
