I use Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 to edit my videos from my GoPro Hero 4 Silver, and I have been working 6 months to try to find out how to get the best rendering times. It always seems really slow although my PC (Specifications Below) is built mainly around the use of editing. Now please note this is not the case when I stick the videos together without any effects, modifications, and titles. Maybe my expectations were to high, but it just seems very odd to me that it takes 4 Minutes to render 1400 frames with one title over it. Your tips, suggestions, and your assistance would be much appreciated.

From your system specs there is really not much improvement you can do aside from changing the CPU to a good core i5 or i7. I don't know exactly what render times you should be seeing, but video rendering is a pretty slow process for HD stuff.
