That thing is :
1) Ancient
2) Slow as hell (580 is slower than a Geforce 950 for everything but pure CUDA 4)
3) Inefficient as hell. Over the course of a year, you're looking at >$50 a year in energy costs minimum, likely >$50 MORE than something like an i3+950 with same use patterns
4) Poorly set up. The old x58 system is tri-channel, so the current memory is 4x1gb + 2x2gb at best, but more likely just 4x2gb, slowing the system.

$450 is too little of a price, at least if you want to include an OS and keyboard/mouse
