To help you understand I have to kind of use 2 HDMI cables for this graphics card.

On the card you have one standard sized mini HDMI port.
Any standard mini HDMI will fit into the HDMI port on the graphics card. HDMI Mini 2.01
A mini HDMI is slightly smaller in dimensions to a standard tv Hdmi used.

You will have to check if the monitor comes with a Mini HDMI port, or a standard sized one.
Depending on the size of the HDMI port used on the monitor
You buy a cable that has a mini Hdmi end on it, to a full sized Hdmi port
So check what size the Hdmi port is on the monitor.
Three display port outputs and a DVI-D port also.
