Some questions about my potential build

Not the most tech savvy guy, so I figured I'd ask here.

So I found a CPU, RAM and motherboard package deal:
815204 - Intel LGA1150 Core i5-4460, 3.2 GHz

812852 - HyperX Fury DDR3 1600MHz 8GB Black KIT

829889 - MSI LGA1150 Z97S SLI KRAIT EDITION
( about 400$ combined converted from Norwegian krone)

GPU i thought about maybe a GTX960. Seems like there's some different models som I'm not really sure which. Maybe a GTX970, but that's pushing the budget. And maybe bottlenecking would be an issue?

What PSU would I need for that?

Games I plan on playing:
Alien: Isolation, Metal Gear Solid 5, Metro series, Stalker: Call of Pripyat and Street Fighter 5, The Evil Within and Dark Souls series.

I play on 1680x1050.

Would my harddrives still be usable with it?
SAMSUNG HD502HJ ATA Device (SATA)
SAMSUNG HD103SJ ATA Device (SATA)

So is this a viable build, or are there better options for around 600$? (converted from norwegian krone).

Thats a preatty good mid range build, you dont have to worry about bottlnecing with a i5 4460 and you will be able to max out all the games you will be playing with a 960 (except maybe metro last light). You will be able to use your old drives for the new computer although i would recomend a ssd for storing windows and games. A power supply like this would be enough to power a 970 or a 960 https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9
