Just Cause 2 (multiplayer) Crash

Hello PC Community!

Well I recently upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8.1 and it went by surprisingly smooth! Many things I found to have improved. Although, when I went to play Just Cause 2 Multiplayer, it would crash upon launching. Any ideas? The regular campaign game seems to work just fine. It's just the multiplayer.

Do I go into the regular game, and the change the settings from there? And also, I can't find the bullet impact option, only decals. I've turned off decals and the multiplayer is still crashing on startup
