What you guys think of a UPS integrated to a computer PSU?

Normal scenario:
Power from outlet (lets say 100 volts AC);

100v from outlet --> UPS {UPS convert 100v AC to 12v DC and store them} sends 100v AC to PSU --> PSU convert 100v to 12v, DC then 12v to the other voltages the motherboard and other hardware use.

Integrated UPS on PSU:

Outlet sends 100v AC to PSU --> PSU converts them to 12v {Store 12v on batteries} and send 12 + other voltages to hardware. On power loss, the PSU draws those 12v from batteries and send to hardware (along other voltages).
Can even be USB equipped to send to OS information about the batteries, auto shutdown, etc, etc, and OFC we must put ATX form factor aside, because things can get big that way. or, use Lithium batteries, or more compact ones, idk.

btw, patent required.
