Selective keyboards working, Can't Login to Windows

Today I started my pc and it got stuck on BIOS menu , after pressing some keys I managed to boot it up to windows 10 and then my keyboard stopped working. Tried it with both my keyboards but failed.Couldn't get past the login screen. Tried the on-screen method but the pc didn't respond to my clicks.
I booted up in Linuix Mint and the keyboard worked fine.
I have two problems:
1)PC is getting stuck at BIOS and needs to press enter to resume boot.
2)Keyboard stops working once windows 10 starts. Mouse works fine.

Can you please pass on your full systems specs (inclusive of your keyboard and mouse)? Have you updated your BIOS prior to moving onto Windows 10? Is this a clean install or an upgrade from an older OS to Windows 10?

Have you gone through this tutorial to fix your keyboard and mouse?
