RAM work in dual channel but not single

Hey guys,

I have a really weird issue. I ordered 4 identical ddr3 sticks (total 8 gb) and put them into my Jetway HA10-deluxe (yeah I know you probably never heard of this board), but the pc refuses to boot up (no posting). Using only 2 sticks in dual channel mode works, but once I add another stick or put them in single channel mode, the issue shows. I tried overvolting, changing clock speeds, bios update, none of which helped. Plz plz plz HELP MEEEEEEEE!!!!! T_T

UPDATE: Problem solved. Downclocked to 800 and overvolt to 1.7. Now it works. I guess is was a stability issue.

Maybe faulty memory slots or faulty memory.

Try ONE DIMM at a time and try it in different slots. Clear CMOS also.

What is the brand and model of CPU being used, and what is the brand and part number of the memory, please?
