Fans never turning off when shutting down

Hey o/

I hav had windows 10 for a bit now, and yesterday updated it via windows update. Everything seemed fine until I tried shutting down!

When I shut down I get the normal "you need to close these apps before shutdown" (or whatever it says) and then the seconds of "Shutting down" and spinning circle. But after that the video card and integrated graphics (not that I use it, I just tested) stopped outputting video, but the computer is still running, or rather, the fans are. The hdd shuts down and everything but the CPU fans stop. This goes on forever, until I hard-shutdown the computer.

I read another thread somewhere that it could be because of CPU temps, but the cpu temps are fine (with HWmonitor reporting 35-40C at idle and about 80-90 at load)
I even tried to disable my overclock, but that still changed nothing.

Does anybody know anything about this?

Nope, it's just puush that has to be forced to shutdown for some reason

it just says "Puush" with no icon

I did try to uninstall it, and the screen no longer comes up, but the computer still leaves the fans on

I have that www.puush.me installed, I use it to share pictures. But if you give me a few minutes I can do a scan with MWB and anti-virus

Did scan with MWB and avast and none of them found anything

Does your PC shuts down completely or goes to some kind of Power-Save/Hibernate?
If you enable ErP in your BIOS (or set it to S5 if your BIOS has the option) does that help?

could you plug then in psu and see waht happens could it be motherboard short on fan and they stay with live power also the standof are in the right place under the motherboard in the case and do not made short .

The problem is gone now, it works as it should. I didn't change anything, but it's okay now

i would keep a eye on it if ever is start to do this again would start with malwarebytes then the virus check .
