No post after changing page file size by accident

I accidentally changed the paging file size to 'no page file' and restarted, hoping that it would solve my '4GB hardware reserved RAM' issue. now my system will not post, no video, no power to ANY USB peripherals, not even PS2, I tried disconnecting the HDD and then trying to boot from a PCregedit CD but that doesn't work either, I need help quick!

(I have access to a Macbook Pro and an external HDD cage that I can put the HDD in)

UPDATE: Cleared my CMOS and was finally able to get to my bios etc, when I try to boot windows normally it gives me a bad sys config blue screen error and it goes back to being unbootable until i clear cmos again.
