i have a surface 3. i just bought it about 3 months ago. suddenly it just stops working and stuck at the logo screen. the only option i have is to reset windows 10 on the device is a usb.
my question, what falls in personal files in the "keep personal files option"?
i mainly use the device on schoolwork. i have a lot of schoolwork stuff on it. especially a .cpp file that i have been working on for 2 week and it is due in 4 days. it counts for a very large chunk of my final grade. does .cpp files counts as 'personal files'? please help. i do not want to anything unless i am sure of it.

In addition, only the stuff that exists in the Libraries folders. If your .cpp is elsewhere, I wouldn't rely on it.

And you should have a backup anyway. You are one dropped backpack away from not having it at all.
