Stuck between two monitor options your opinions / suggestions welcome

I am building my own computer and will be using it for rendering and architecture work (CAD, 3D modeling) and also for gaming. I originally was looking at the ultra wide LG. I couldn't go bigger than the 25" due to the budget but after more research it looks like I might have issues with some games and other things not being optimized for the 21:9 ratio. Also I estimated the screen height to be just over 9" which feel short. The other is a 16:9 ratio so no issues there but obviously not as wide. I am attaching the full build so you have an idea of everything I am working with. Both monitors are shown there. Thanks for taking a second to give me your input.
