Dell S2340L 23-inch Monitor is blurry

Hi, I have a problem with my display.

I just bought a brand new Dell desktop (Inspiron 3650) with an NVIDIA GeForce 730 2GB GDDR3 card... and I am pairing it with a Dell S2340L 23 inch monitor, fairly new. I connected it with both VGA and HDMI, set the resolution to max (1920x1080), updated the latest drivers to both the video card AND the monitor... and the resolution is STILL blurry! I am so frustrated. Any solutions?

Auto adjustment? Also try to enable/disable Image enhance in color settings.
