Other than graphics card, what other piece of hardware can Cause artifacts/graphics problems/pixelation

Other than gpu, monitor and cable, what else can cause graphics problems?

For artifacts I would say the leading cause is overclocked or overheating VRAM followed by overclocked GPU followed by the GPU driver followed by System RAM.

After that, running out of or saturating system RAM can cause pagefile calls to happen to the hard drive which can manifest as stuttering, FPS loss or even pixelation & blury-ness ingame.

Other than the gpu but it wouldn't be psu or cpu or even mobo? Because I don't think all my 4 ram sticks would go at once and I have huge system stability issues as well

Only one of your RAM sticks would likely go bad. If you are curious about your RAM, you can make a boot CD\DVD with memtest. Boot from the CD to run memtest on 1 RAM stick at a time.

Okay thanks, what about psu or cpu? Can they make a screen have artifacts?

I wouldn't think so. I've never been able to attribute those characteristics to a CPU or PSU.

That's weird :S my ram is fine, hdd is fine as I've tested on two and run a clean copy on one, not the gpu as I've run off onboard and exact same problem, tried a different monitor/Cable, only thing left is cpu and psu, for some reason my cpu is really unstable under stock voltage so have to.up it to 1.2v
