Bubbly Sound In Windows 10

While being on Windows 10, running any program, my windows 10 will occasionally make a bubbly sound, like bubbles being made in water. It's weird and I don't believe it's a program because it has happened in 7 different programs being open alone. All of my notifications are turned off in the settings.

I've now figured that this is windows hidden way of telling me that it's doing an update. Unfortunately I found that out while playing a semi-final tournament on csgo and had to leave... My my windows 10. How you shall always surprise me.
