WTB Phenom II x6 or II x4 940 or higher

Looking for a phenom II x6 (pretty much any model, but the higher the better) or a Zosma or high deneb II x4 (anything over a 940 or 960t). I really don't care if it is a BE or not. I would also be interested in a Zosma athlon ii x4 640 (part number: ADX640WFK42GR). My price range is 60-80$ depending on cpu. MUST BE IN WORKING ORDER!

I am located in Cincinnati, Ohio. Local pickup would be nice but I am willing to deal with shipping/paypal. Let me know what you've got and what you are asking.

You might consider a Phenom II x3 720. Sometimes they can be found for as little as $20 and although a P II x4 945 is better due to an additional core - you won't notice much difference in anything not CPU limited. It's almost on par with the Athlon you mentioned in most apps.
