I recently plugged a 2nd monitor (tv), into my pc and configured it as you would any normal monitor. I was watching fullscreen Breaking Bad on the TV, and I booted up "The Binding of Isaac" on my main monitor.
I turned the game to fullscreen mode and instantly both of my screens started flickering and made it difficult to close out any programs.
It also seems to cause a MASSIVE dip in performance where I hadn't had these issues before.
EDIT: I unplugged the TV to see if the issues persisted, and they did not. So it is certainly something to do with having two monitors.
EDIT2: It seems the issue only persists with 'The Binding of Isaac' I opened Fallout 4 in fullscreen and it seemed that I didn't have the same fps / flickering issues as I had before.
