File System Error -1073741819

Every time a program needs admin acces, it will flash the "yes or no" box and close quickly, leaving me with this error. http://i.imgur.com/xFnhxM3.png

I have tried to get an answer as to why this happens in amny places with either nobody responding or not knowing what it is.

Try sfc / scannow and repair install and see if they help you out. It looks like your OS files have been corrupted.
