i have the time for one minute, and it hasnt changed on its own.. i need help knowing how to make it so it does so on its own

i have a hp stream notebook and the timing of the background slideshow doesn't change everymintue

The most likely reason is that you are using it on battery and the power setting you are using pauses the slideshow. Check your power settings if it's an actual issue, but usually a solid color background is far better for your battery life (still minuscule in comparison with practically everything else, but there is a measurable difference)

You can't, and you definitely should not. Swapping pictures that often will slow your system down and cause your hard disk to work more than it needs to. If you want to show off photos to people, use the photo app instead.
