Which Gaming PC do I buy? Or do I build one?

So i'm sick of my old pos laptop that can barely run Company of Heroes 2.
I've decided I want to spend some money on a new desktop. My budget is around $1000 (not including keyboard, mouse, speakers, monitor etc) just for the computer itself, i'm willing to go about max 1300 on the pc itself.
Originally, I was going to build my own computer. After watching a couple of videos, i'm a little bit worried.
I went to college for computers so I know about the components and what they do and all that, but my whole life I have always sucked at building things. Im afraid i'll spend $1000 on a build just to ruin it putting it together.
So now i'm somewhat leaning towards similar builds that are in pre-built computers. So far im stuck between 3 computers. I'm mostly looking for something that can run current games (Battlefront, Fallout, Just Cause, CoH2) with ease, and hopefully be able to handle games in the future for some time.

So if anyone could give me any advice as to which is the best option. I'm assuming they're all pretty close (besides the custom build, pretty sure that blows everything out of the water) But again, I dont trust myself putting it together, and only would do it if I knew I was getting a super great deal compared to the others.

Thanks for your help guys.

building is always the better option:

1. You save money
2. You know more about your PC
3. Makes you feel accomplished and you get better components

However if you dont want to build I'd go for the Cyberpower one :)

I do recommend you getting something like the 4690 for the CPU however and a 2x4 GB kit of RAM.

I totally feel you on being bad at building stuff. I wouldn't buy from Ibuypower though, my brother bought a pc 2 years ago and they sealed the back panel behind the motherboard and cable management is still horrific. I would recommend building your own pc for the experience and it can save you money.
If you are looking to just game on 1080p, don't get a 980. A GTX 970 4gb or a R9 380/390 will work. Take a look at the EVGA G2 550w PSU. I'm planning to use it for my build in a few weeks, already ordered. Your case is a mini-itx case meaning it won't work with the motherboard you've selected. I would recommend getting a 2x4gb ram sticks not 1x8 so you can dual channel. Lastly, get an aftermarket cooler like the hyper 212 evo, it doesn't seem like you're tight on money.

Admirable
I really like your custom build.... but
I would put a 4690k CPU on your motherboard and do a mild overclock like mine.
I would get a RAM kit with 2 memory sticks, much faster than 1 stick

With $1300, might as well go skylake.
