Cheap but good water cooling components

Hi, I've just built a custom PC and wanted to do some water cooling with an AM3+ Socket and a AMD R9 390 Graphics card. My case is the NZXT H440 and was looking at Hard tubing if it is the same price as soft tubing (if not then I'll use soft tubing) and a blue coolant for the lowest price possible using compression fittings.

Any help would be great.

cheap and good usually dont go together. one thing you dont want to do is cheap out on the fittings and waterblocks. the extra money spent on those parts might just save your rig.. a leak is the last thing you want or need. for my build i went with all bitspower fittings ek blocks for the gpus and xspc for the cpu and rads. best advise i could give is READ READ READ no such thing as to much info..
