What I have:
24" BenQ LCD - native rez: 1920 x 1200 (note the higher resolution)
27" BenQ LCD - native rez: 1920 x 1080 EVERYTHING's good with this one
For ease of things, I'm hoping to set them both up as 1920 x 1080.
24" LCD displays 1680 x 1050 ok, but it's very blurry.
24" LCD won't display 1920 x 1080 nor 1920 x 1200. It keeps saying Out of range!, even though I'm using 60Hz.
(Running a Radeon 6900, not that that should matter)
At first I thought I could update my 24" LCD's drivers, but they're the most up-to-date.
atm, I've left the 24" LCD at 1440 x 900 (or 1680 x 1050), as it matches 1920 x 1080 fairly well, but it's frustrating to move a window from my 27" LCD to my 24" LCD, as sizing is so much off.
Thanks in advance,
Illy
PS: Upon further investigation, the following list of MODES is what's included in the .ini file:
1680,1050
1920,1200
seems like 1920,1080 is not part of this list, thus I get the Out of Range notification, but I can't get the 1920,1200 working for some odd reason, even though it's the native rez.
