Monitor displaying blank screen.

Hi guys.
I need help. I opened my cabinet today to clean up the dust. I cleaned everything and assembled it back. Now my pc starts but shows a blank screen on the monitor and turns off after 15 seconds. I reassembled everything but still no luck. Where did I possibly go wrong?

When you say "Cabinet" you referring to the PC case? What did you clean the dust out with? What are your PC specs? Do you have a dedicated graphics card installed? More information is needed to garner any assistance.

I used a cotton swab and a soft brush. Yes I have a dedicated graphics card.
Specs:- Intel i3 3220
Digilite DL-H61m-VS3 motherboard
Zotac Nvidia GT 630
Seagate Baraccuda 1TB HDD
Western Digital 80Gb HDD
1x4GB DDR3 1333mhz RAM .
