Trouble using PM

Hey, I just joined Tom's Hardware. Perhaps my issue is just due to some newbie error I'm not realizing, but I'd appreciate your help.

Whenever I click the red message icon to PM someone, I get the following error message:

"403 - Unauthorized access
403
Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here.
Perhaps you can find what you are looking for by using our search feature?"

How can I resolve this error? Thanks

You cannot send PMs until you have posted at least once.

You should be able to send them now.

I'm still getting the error on PMs, it's been more than several minutes
