I mentioned the U2414 (and Dell in general) because I bought a U2413 last year when I wanted a pivot 1200p display, have been quite happy with it and nearly all of their Ultrasharp monitors have pivot. My main annoyance with Dell is that you have to wait for sales on the models you are interested in since the regular prices are usually insane.

i went for Acer CB240HY
as it was quite cheap and minimalist
