upgraded pc, monitor wont show signal

As the title says, today I upgraded my pc to an EVGA 600B psu and a 15 4690k. Before I installed these parts the monitors connected fine and everything worked. However, after I installed the new components the pc boots up but the monitor doesn't receive any signal. Please help me! edit: I just realized that my mouse isn't lighting up as well.

Did you update your BIOS to the latest version? If not, your motherboard might not support the 4690K as-is.

how can I update the BIOS without the monitor?

Well, if you say you upgraded to a 4690K that sounds like you were using another CPU before. Just put the old one back in and upgrade the BIOS.

my mobo says it supports the 4690k
