Just wondering,
If I'm using a gtx titan x hybrid, on a 60hz 4k monitor will I get tearing? Will I be able to go over 60fps? Or is that limited due to the 60hz?

Solution
60hz is the monitor's physical refresh rate. No in-game framerate will make a difference if it is higher than your refresh rate, but your game FPS can go higher. A handy thing you can turn on in games is V-Sync. It limits the FPS in your game to the refresh rate of your monitor. You will only get tearing if you go way over your refresh rate, but you are unlikely to do that with 4K gaming.
