How to disable admin password while downloading programs but still have lock screen

I just built my computer, and I need a way to disable entering the admin password every time when I download something. Is there a way to do that but still have a screen lock?

Hi

I have never had to enter a password to download programs over the internet
Using a browser
From another pc on the local network is a different case

So some one must have configured it to do so

Surprising if you installed win 10 your self
Was it a clean win 10 install or over a earlier version ?

If you have admin password you should be able to disable the feature
It sounds like using a restricted childs account where advanced features require a password

Try creating a new full account to see if same restrictions apply

Yeah I've never had to enter a password to download anything on a fresh w10 install, are you downloading using a non elevated account?
