i booted up my pc without the graphics card and I got a display on the monitor. I restarted the pc then I noticed that the card wasn't plugged into the power supply. I plugged it in and I got no display for 10 minutes. I have an NVidia gtx 760 ti and the power supply max power is 750w. can anyone help? I just need to know hoe to get a display with graphics card connected

Solution

If you make a mistake you should've powered off and then plugged it in. Hopefully no real damage was done. I'd pull the graphics card, boot into bios and set the graphics setting to pcie and disable the on board. Then power off. Install new card and power back on.
