Two 60hz Displays or One 144hz Display?

Okay, so I'm debating on whether I should buy another 60hz Monitor to compliment my main one, or just ditch my 60hz one and buy a 1ms, 144hz Display. I do heavy gaming, and video/photo editing. I really wanted a top notch gaming monitor, but I also wanted a second display for multitasking. Any Suggestions? Thank you.
