First pc build, is it good? Any possible issues such as bottlenecks?

I'm building a gaming pc for the first time and I want to know if my build has any issues.

Intel Core i5 4460 Processor [3.2 Ghz/Cache 6 MB/Socket LGA 1150]
MSi GTX 960 2GD5T OC
ASRock Z97 Anniversary LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX
HyperX Fury Red Series, 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 (PC3-14900)
Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200RPM HDD
Seagate Barracuda 80GB 7200 RPM HDD

nevermind the case and psu, I haven't considered them yet. Also, I was wondering if I should get an SSD.

``HyperX Fury Red Series, 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 (PC3-14900)``
get a 1600mhz ram instead since you can not overclock your cpu...is useless
``Seagate Barracuda 3TB 7200RPM HDD `` do not buy this HDD , there is a lot of issues with seagate 3tb series...
get seagate 2tb instead
``Seagate Barracuda 80GB 7200 RPM HDD ``
WHY???

ok I'll get the 1600 mhz ram, and regarding both HDDs I just put them in since I already own them. =D
How about the Corsair Vengeance, 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 (PC3-12800)? I can't find the HyperX Fury 1600 mhz in my local store...

Do you have a price range for a ssd?
I usually recommend Samsung 850pro or Sandisc extreme pro but if on a budget can recommend something cheaper.

Yes actually I'm on a budget, something around $80 if possible
