My very first build - looking for suggestions

Hi !
You probably see these kinds of threads alot, but here we go.

I'm going to build my first PC from scratch. As my PC is from 2009 with an I7 920 with 6 gb ram, looking to upgrade my graphics card in the next year or so, I thought I would go all out and get me new motherboard with an I5-6600k and 16 gb of ddr4 ram.

In the link you can see what parts I'm thinking of buying, but I would hope to get some feedback/suggestions.
(Note that the Radeon HD 7870 is my current GPU - I'm going to upgrade to a GTX 980 some time in 2016)

Also, I have never Overclocked before, but are planning on doing it later on - following some guides ofc.

This is a solid build, save for the PSU. Replace with EVGA G2 PSU.

Okay thanks. How big should I buy the PSU? Should a 650 be enough?

Yes, more than enough. It can handle GTX 980 like a champ. The 650 W unit sells for now at the moment though, more than the 750 W:

How about the CPU cooler? I want a CPU cooler that has good performance while maintaining low noise. Also, I picked the CRYORIG C1, because of the design. But is there anything with great asthetics - low noise and good performance, for a better price ? The CRYORIG C1 is quiet expensive compared to other alternatives. Asthetics are importans because of the windowed case.

Noctua Coolers are good, in terms of quietness. Cryorig H5A is also good.
