windows 10 updated the amd graphic cards drivers, amd mobilty 5000 and 4200, and now IE 11 won't work. none of the associated features of IE 11 will work either. do i have to roll back the drivers to the old ones for IE 11 to work? i don't really want to do that. since windows update is not working i can't get the new version of windows 10. any suggestions? larry

First of all "DO NOT" let Microsoft update any of your drivers. Always get the updates from your PC manufacturer or the driver manufacturer. PC manufacturer is best.

Once you've updated your drivers as above, see if it works.

If not, do a System Restore to a time before the crises.

As far as Windows Update, we've had success starting and stopping it in Services.

If this fails, do a reinstall:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

This will give you Win 10, probably 1511.
