in task manager it only uses 2gb of my 6gb ram

because they only work in terms of 4,8 16 generally, and 4 wouldn't be enough with the OS and other apps as well. Do you have 64 bit or 32bit windows?

this Problem Also Occurs To Me I Have a 64-Bit Pc... Fallout only uses 2gb Of My Ram That is 8gb...

the same answer applies, it's the whole system memory that it is recommending.
