It is hard to say. The length of the case is roughly 16.5 inches. Depending on the location of the HDD trays and optical bays, that may be cutting it close. The reference GTX 280 is 10.5" in length, it is a long card. If the 280 has a custom cooler, it may be even longer. The motherboard will fit fine.
