My computer sometimes boots without bios screen or windows login...Help me!

So sometimes my pc boots without bios message or windows loading so i dont see any picture (my monitor is literally turned off) until i see login screen. I am really annoyed by it. Also with my normal boot when i get picture and all that i get 2...so first one is windows loading then second one is same thing but with like 5 fps then i get to logging in. What do you think it might be the problem. Specs: I7 4790k, ASUS Z97-P, Seasonic g 550w gold (no gpu yet)

Hi,

Start by running a BIOS update and that may solve the issue right away.

After the BIOS update and if the same problem will persist, do try another monitor and see if the same problem will persist. Lastly also run Windows Update and install the important updates there is.
