check the monitor user manual on page 3-9 not all resolution support the 75 hz most of them are 60 hz https://www.asus.com/us/Commercial-Monitors/VS228HP/HelpDesk_Manual/

Your monitor must be the same driver and these days it is significantly more difficult to 'force' monitors to use drivers they aren't native for. If you're trying to overclock your monitor you can do that through your gpu setup (i.e. nvidia's geforce profile, or ati's) Good luck!

no, it used to say asus vs228 in the monitor resolution thingy.
then i tried to overclock and fuck me because i used that restart exe and setted my monitor to pnp now i cant use 75hz nor use black bars which pisses me off.
