Good 24-27'' monitor ? (144hz preferably)

Hey.

I'm putting together a backup system with some existing parts and I also need an auxiliary monitor. It doesn't have to be ultra good, but I'd like a recommendation for the best bang-per-buck in that category.

It will only be used as a backup gaming rig and local file server. Cheers.

Edit:
I have only ever used 60hz LED/LCD monitors and thought this might be a good opportunity to see what 144hz monitors can do.

No problemo, and sorry, I was just looking for a cheap one but you could find a nice 144hz for around $200. I just don't know much about those kind. But gl with the build!

I don't really have a price range, but I don't want to blow my wad on something that I may not use that much. The only thing that could justify spending a lot would be if I in fact liked using a smaller 144hz monitor over my 34'' panel. But who knows without actually trying one.

Since I have no experience with 144hz panels or panels in that size, I'm just hoping to avoid a bad purchase.

That would probably work, but I'm thinking, it might as well be a 144hz monitor since I have never tried one before and I'm a bit curious about them.

Cheers.
