Windows 10 sound bug - Please help!

I've got a wireless headset (Turtle Beach PX3), and whenever I change the microphone from my Blue Snowball to my Headset mic on Skype, my sound sometimes just stops working. I cant play any music or video and the mic wont work.

Please help anyone?

Hi,

Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the sound card driver.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the sound card driver.
- Reboot your PC once uninstalled and it will automatically reinstall the driver.
- After the reboot do uninstall/reinstall the drivers as well of your 2 headsets.
- Also make sure to run Windows Update and install all the important updates there is.
