Solution
Hi,

About the error message you're getting according to Microsoft's support site it has something to do with BitDefender. If you're not using BitDefender I would suggest uninstalling it.

Here's how you uninstall BitDefender:
http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-uninstall-bitdefender-2015-1323.html

Once uninstalled do the following steps as well.
- Start by running Windows Update, install all the important updates.
- Next is to do a clean install of the graphics card driver.
- Here's the complete guide on how to do this:

- If all these will not work you may need to run a complete factory reset.
