Today I installed a fresh copy of windows 10 on my PC and installed drivers which included the realtek audio drivers, I had done this before with very little problems. Right now however the headset I am using, a pair of razer kraken pro's, will not work while in stereo mode on the realtek program. When I put it into 7.1 audio it just shows up as speakers and no microphone, but when I have stereo on it shows up as speakers and microphone but only the mic works on stereo. The speakers only work on 7.1.
I plugged the headset into the front ports of my PC and it worked, but the front two ports are broken because my little brother basically smashed it and now it is very fuzzy and static. When I plug them into the back however the problems listed above start happening.
