How do I downgrade back to Windows 7?

I got Windows 10, and i decided that I want to go back to Windows 7. The problem is, a month has passed since I upgraded to 10, so I have to find a different way. I obviously still want all my files, programs, and stuff, too. I still have my product key for Windows 7, and an empty 1TB hard drive. Is there anything I can do?

At this point, a clean install of your old Win 7 is the only recourse.
Files, you can save elsewhere during the process.
Your applications are toast.
