I currently already have the GPU and it is overclocked to 1100 MHz - 1550 MHz

I am possibly upgrading the GPU at a later time, but I am just wondering if this current build will run the games in the title with sufficient performance

An SSD will also be added later

That means it works. No changes are required to your build then. You are good to go! I will strongly suggest you to look at a different PSU since you plan to upgrade your GPU. I recommend this:

With this PSU, you can safely upgrade to even an R9 Fury without worrying about anything.
If you don't plan to upgrade to the very high end AMD GPUs or only to very high end nVIDIA GPUs, (like 980ti), get his instead:
