Hardware needed for touchscreen monitor with windows 7

Hello I wanted to buy a cheap laptop running windows 7 and a cheap touch screen monitor for it but I don't know how powerful the laptop needs to be in order to operate a touch screen monitor properly. If someone could please tell me some of the requirements or even know of a nice cheap laptop and/or touch screen monitor please let me know, thank you

The laptop doesn't need to be all theat powerful, I've got a Hanns-G 23" touch screen, and simply loaded the drivers for it and it ran fine with Win 7

If it can run windows 7, it more than exceeds the requirements for a touchscreen.
