The past couple days, maybe even weeks, I have been experiencing BSODs and application crashes. Many Googling and testing with no fix. I usually never post on forums with problems, but I really do not know anymore.

First some basic information. I bought my computer and built it myself around may 2012. Since then it got upgraded alot: new GPU a couple of times, new SSD and HDD, new RAM and a new power supply with more power. It did work fine for those years, but lately it is a big mess.

Specifications:
CPU: Intel Core i7 2600K @ 3,8 GHz
Mobo: Asus P8Z77-M
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 Gaming 4G
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB
HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP CML8GX3M2A1600C9 8GB
PSU: Nexus RX-6300
OS: Windows 10 Pro NL 64-bit

Most of the time the BSOD's and application crashes happen while playing intensive games (Grand Theft Auto 5 and Battlefield 4) and never really on the desktop. No overheating in the whole PC (max is around 65 degrees Celcius, which is the GPU). I already tried updating and resetting my BIOS to the newest version and removing the overclock on the CPU, which was 4,0 GHz before.

I tried Googeling the BSOD's, which they said it was propably a memory problem. And so I tested the memory with MemTest86. 4,5 hour of testing passed (4 passes) with no errors. After that I tried changing RAM slots from 2 and 4 to 1 and 3 and using a different power outlet in my house. No succes however. Even after a full re-install of Windows 10 the errors continue comming.

I see nothing weird in Task Manager just before and after a application crash. The same thing when I check the power tab on Aida64.

out of the .dmp screenies, there are two that stand out:
tcpip.sys + win32kfull.sys

The first is an indication of your networking drivers causing an issue. Download your drivers for your Realtek 8111F nic from here unless you own a wireless adapter not specified above.

The second, well you'll need to run
sfc / scannow and a repair install to see if that irons out any kinks in your OS. Are you sure the bootable USB installer isn't corrupted? You could make sure by downloading it again and performing the bootable USB installer creation.

I'm pinning the latter issue on to your GPU drivers or the PSU...have you troubleshot the issue with a new PSU?

That would indicate your PSU would be a failure point when you put stress on your system.

Someone may come in and look at things in a different angle. So hang tight! :)

Thanks for your response Lutfij!

I have just installed the network driver and did the sfc /scannow command after. I haven't done the repair install yet, because when it completed it said this:

"Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios."

Here's the log file: https://www.dropbox.com/s/kubwyf1qqeo7lc6/CBS.log?dl=0

When I reinstalled my Windows past week I created a new Windows 10 bootable USB with mediacreationtool, which completed successfully. I don't believe this is the problem.

I tried troubleshooting the PSU, but I don't know how. While gaming I looked at the voltages of the PSU which were normal. I must say the supply is coil-whining alot while gaming.

Update: I bought some new RAM (Kingston HyperX Savage HX318C9SRK2/16) to replace my 8GB kit. Since then my computer seems to be working perfectly again. I haven't tested alot (about 4 hours) but while playing GTA 5 I haven't experienced any instability or crashes. I also did the 'repair system' beforehand with the 8GB RAM, but that did not work. No other changes have happened to the system.
