But now I cant format 16mb that were dedicated to BIOS settings (i didnt understand this part but i had to make another partition for bios). And now I have 6 Ubuntu devices I can boot from in BIOS menu

I want to remove this. I want to remove every single thing from Ubuntu. Help me please!

Solution
Well it's only 16mb so I wouldn't be too concerned. But you should be able to expand your C: partition into the unallocated space.
