Could someone help make a list of computer parts for a gaming computer? I have a OS (Win 7 pro) already and RAM (Link) and a hard drive (2.5 inch barracuda 500 GB).
Preferences: i5 and i7 cores. Around $500-600.
Requirements: Room for a 2.5 inch optical drive. A SSD with 128 and higher GB's. A WiFi card. Support for dual monitors of different resolution (one is a TV, one is a normal monitor)

Both DDR3 and 4, just need the right motherboard for DDR3.

i thought about it and changed it to this. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/z7TbmG. is there any probelms with it? and should i change the processor to amd?

Not a good idea.

you sacrifice a great deal of game performance to do that.
While you may be able OC the CPU on that board in the future, you're throwing away an 80% stronger GPU, which will translate directly to improved game performance. Games don't care enough about CPU to make that trade off.

Absolutely not. At the present time, for gaming or nearly every common usage scenario, AMD CPUs are tough to recommend except for at the low end of the budget, or purely on principle.
